annual stewardship

Stewardship. The term stewardship means using the resources God has given us with thoughtfulness, gratitude, and joy.

Grounded in Faith, Growing in Service. The theme of this year’s stewardship campaign reminds us why generations of Faith members have planted, nurtured, and grown this congregation year after year.

Why this theme? In giving our time, talent, and treasure, we build a faith community where we can be grounded in faith to weather the storms of life, where others can find the riches of faith for the first time, and where we learn over and over again in myriad different ways to love our neighbors, imitating Jesus and growing in service.

Why pledge? Faith Church is supported entirely by the financial gifts of our members and friends. Making a pledge enables the Vestry to plan our ministry in the year ahead based on the resources we will have. If you’d like more information about pledging or have a question about our church’s financial needs, please contact our Treasurers at pledge@faithec.org

What is our stewardship goal? Our goal is to raise $410,000 in pledges for our 2027 budget. Alongside approximately $30,000 in other revenue this will help Faith to grow in faith and service in 2027.

One pledge. Our budget includes both operating and capital expenses. If you remember making two separate pledges for operating and capital in the past, those days are over! Because our building loan is paid off, we now make just one pledge.

Grounded and Growing. We invite you to reflect on this year’s stewardship theme with us and to consider making your pledge as we work toward our stewardship goal for the coming year. How have you been grounded and faith and growing in service as a member of this community?
